A Thin wall intricate aluminium alloy housing was casted with vacuum suction,and the casting was poured with three different filling velocities: 25mm/s,40mm/s and 25mm/s fill 6 seconds,then 40mm/s,X-ray was used to detect the mentallurgical quality of these castings.
